At Tanner's Shoes, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every shoe we create. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns

Timeframe:
You have 14 days from the date you receive your shoes to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Cancellations are valid within 1 HOUR of ordering. -
Condition:
To be eligible for a return, your shoes must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. -
Process:
To start a return, please email us at support@tannershoes.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return. Please do note that we do not offer free returns. And Returns should be sent back directly to our fulfillment company in Asia.
Refunds

Inspection:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. -
Processing:
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@tannershoes.com and we will assist you with the exchange process.
