- How long will it take to receive my order?
Since all shoes are crafted with love and care, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. After your shoes has been carefully crafted and inspected, it will be shipped directly to you. Delivery typically takes 5-15 business days depending on your location.
- Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we are happy to offer free shipping on all orders within the USA, CA, UK, AUS. It’s our way of thanking you for choosing Tanner's Shoes and supporting our small business.
- Can I track my order?
Absolutely! As soon as your shoes are on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to follow your shoes journey from our workshop to your door.
- What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your shoes within 14 days of receiving it. The shoes must be unworn and in its original packaging. Please visit our Refund Policy page for more details, or contact us at support@tannershoes.com to start the return process.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We are thrilled to ship our shoes worldwide. International shipping times and costs vary based on your location. If you’re outside Australia and interested in placing an order, please feel free to reach out for more details.
- How should I care for my leather shoes?
Leather is a beautiful, natural material that gets better with age. To keep your shoes looking its best:
- Condition: Use a leather conditioner every few months to maintain its suppleness.
- Cleaning: Wipe it down with a soft, damp cloth if needed. Avoid using harsh chemicals or soaking the leather. If you have any specific questions about caring for your shoes, we are happy to help—just send us a message!

- Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@tannershoes.com If your shoes has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
