At Tanner Shoes, we are dedicated to providing high-quality footwear and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If your new shoes aren’t quite what you expected, we’re here to make things right.
Returns
Timeframe:
You have 14 days from the delivery date to start a return process. After this 14-day period, we won’t be able to process returns or exchanges. Cancellations of orders are accepted only within 1 hour of placing the order.
Condition:
To qualify for a return, the shoes must be in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging.
How to Return:
To initiate a return, email support@tannershoes.com with your order number and a brief description of your reason for the return. Once we receive your email, we’ll provide detailed instructions on where and how to send the item back.
Please note: Tanner Shoes does not cover the cost of return shipping. All returns must be sent to our designated fulfillment center in Asia.
Refunds
Assessment:
When we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. We’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or declined.
Processing Time:
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account to ensure it’s not pending.
- Contact your credit card provider, as refunds often take several days to post.
- Check with your bank to confirm if there are any processing delays.
If you’ve completed these steps and still don’t see your refund, contact us at support@tannershoes.com, and we’ll assist you further.
Exchanges
For Damaged or Defective Items:
If your shoes arrive damaged or with a defect, we’re happy to replace them with the same item. Please email us at support@tannershoes.com with details and photos of the issue, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
